Interaction Communication of Work System Adjustment at TVRI North Sulawesi Station

This study aims 1) to find out, analyze and interpret the interaction communication of adjustment new work system at TVRI North Sulawesi Station; 2) factors that influence Station. The research method is a qualitative using purposive side. Data collection techniques were interviews, documentation studies observations conducted Station Office. results show system, namely Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE), has not been implemented smoothly. actually caused problems office, constraints limitations on equipment staff. strategy used overcome this problem build communication-based motivation towards organizational targets, synergy create horizontal between employees through right media under encouragement direction leadership in order mobilize all existing potential.
